I work within the Andean Paqokuna tradition ( A Paqo is a Peruvian shaman or better described as a mystic or wisdomkeeper) using a technique called Hucha Mikhuy. 

Hucha is the Peruvia Q’ero word for dense or incompatible energy. It is exclusively created by humans. It is not “negative” energy, it's simply heavy and it can make us feel as though we’re being suffocated or layered with a bunch of wet wool blankets. When we have too much of it. Hucha weighs us down and can eventually make us ill. But! We don’t have to go through life feeling that way.
